We are currently looking for a Lead Installer for exciting assignments at Purac in Kungsbacka!

About the Role

As a Lead Installer at Purac, you will have a central role in their projects, responsible for leading, planning, and executing installation, repairs, and stainless steel welding at customer sites. Your work also includes service and maintenance of machinery as well as pipe system renovations. You will act as the project manager's right hand and have direct contact with customers to plan and carry out work efficiently. In addition, you are responsible for material procurement, obstacle management, construction diaries, and ÄTA jobs, as well as coordinating subcontractors and their work efforts. An important part of the role is to perform risk analyses and act as BAS-U (Basic Safety Coordinator), while participating in construction meetings and ensuring that self-inspections and check-outs are carried out to the highest standard.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you have experience in a leading role within industry, water/sewage (VA), or similar operations. Furthermore, we prefer that you have:

• Experience of installation and service work within industry or VA is a requirement.
• Experience of performing risk analyses is a requirement.
• High school education or technical education, or equivalent knowledge acquired through working life.
• Experience of working in teams and handling rapid changes.
• Are structured and responsible.
